A continuation of those who fought to protect Pneu in The Cult of Quietus.
Hello everyone. My name is Conrad Tycksen, and I am a relatively new author. January of 2022, my first novel officially launched with Book Trails Publishing agency, and I am incredibly excited to announce that I am nearing completion of the sequel to The Cult of Quietus. In order to launch my next title to the level of excellence I feel readers deserve, there are several out of pocket expenses that need to be covered before I can successful send this book to print.
The first costs needing to be covered are the publishing fees. My agency will handle all legal fees, registrations, and other costs associated with getting my book available to sell all around the world. A portion of what is being raised here will go to ensuring these costs are met.
The next major costs needing to be covered are illustration fees. I am wanting to hire a professional illustrator to help me design the cover for The City of Magi, and I am also wanting their help in creating character art, concept art, and a map of the country my story is set in. This will take some time as this is a fantasy world created entirely from scratch.
One final major cost I am attempted to cover is the attendance of the 2023 London Book Fair. I have been invited by my publisher to be present in their booth at this world famous Event in April 2023. It is here that I am hoping to not only promote my series, but also to obtain connections in the writing community to assist with the prior needs listed before.
Becoming a successful author has been a lifelong dream of mine, and I would appreciate any support given to me by you all. I want to deliver a product that fans can be proud of, and that they can fall in love with. This is a fantasy story that follows a diverse cast of characters as they travel down their own unique journeys. My story is filled with original and creative ideas with each book following the prior one as the world builds towards calamity.
